He’s a dandy cat topped by a dandy hat. The light-grey furred paper-mache cat, designed by noted American artist, Debbee Thibault, is sculpted wearing a white cotton dress with matching star-spangled top hat, and carries a watermelon-shaped basket full of bright red fire-crackers. He’s proudly sits (do cats sit any other way?) astride a matching white paper-mache lamb which is signed, numbered, and dated on the base.
